William Regal Reacts To Triple H Leaving His Boots In The Ring At WrestleMania 38

Triple H kicked off the second night of WrestleMania to roaring ovation. The Game got a huge reaction from the crowd as he made his way to the ring to open the show of shows.

The real-life Paul Levesque soaked up the atmosphere before doing his signature pose on the second rope. He told the crowd the reason he was here was to thank them. He then said, “Welcome to WrestleMania!”

Hunter took off his boots and placed them alongside the microphone in the ring. He walked towards his daughters in the audience and hugged them. It was truly a feel-good moment for the 14-time world champion.

AEW star William Regal reacted to Triple H hanging up his boots in the squared circle. The two have known each other for years. Regal was instrumental in realizing Triple H’s vision for NXT.

For 28 years we did our bit together, through up’s and down and some bad but mostly good decisions, to be Pro’s and make the job right. Lots of people got opportunities and made memories for themselves. Job done pal.x

Regal is currently signed to AEW, where he serves as the mentor and mouthpiece for the Blackpool Combat Club. The stable comprises Regal’s longtime associates and fellow AEW stars Jon Moxley and Bryan Danielson.
