Sasha Banks is one of the most popular female WWE Superstars in the company’s history. Her achievements speak for themselves, and she has competed in some of the company’s biggest matches. She had also asked her departure from WWE at one point.

Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer Radio recently discussed about Sasha’s future with the company. He noted that Banks was among the top four female superstars besides Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair. But when Ronda Rousey made her comeback, she stole Sasha’s spot in the company.

Because Sasha Banks would seem to be the one, you know like when the whole thing started, it was always clear when they put the rosters together for this year. It was Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair as the big programs but then Ronda Rousey came back, so she kinda got that Sasha Banks spot. So Sasha Banks kinda just been twirling around, waiting and maybe the tag team thing is where she’s gonna go. You know for house shows.

Now that Sasha’s thunder has been stolen, she has been lingering around for small matches. She might also go for a tag team up to secure big matches. During her early years in WWE, Sasha Banks built reputation for herself in NXT. She competed against the likes of Bayley and had some fantastic matches there as well.
