WWE Changes Xavier Woods’ Name Yet Again

New Day member Xavier Woods has had a memorable run in WWE so far. Woods has won tag team gold on numerous occasions and remains highlight of any brand he is on. WWE also seems to have changed his name again.

Xavier Woods’ name was changed to King Woods after he won the King Of The Ring Tournament at the WWE Crown Jewel event last year. He changed his mannerism and such to reflect his win.

Xavier Woods made his return to Friday Night Smackdown last week after he was out of action earlier this year. Woods came out to help Kofi Kingston against Sheamus and his cronies.

As revealed by WWE’s roster listings, King Woods is no longer his current name as the company has reverted his name back to Xavier Woods.

There is also uncertainty over Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston’s match at WrestleMania 38. We’ll have to see whether they end up getting a match at the Show of Shows or not,
