WWE Hall of Famer ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin is often regarded as one of the best in the pro-wrestling business. He has made immense contributions to not just WWE but pro-wrestling in general. In acknowledgment of these contributions, the International Pro-Wrestling Hall of Fame has decided to induct Steve Austin into its class of 2022.

Following is the list of first legends announced who are to be inducted into the International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame class of 2022. Several additional names are expected to feature in the list in the upcoming week.

This edition will mark the second anniversary of the annual International Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame induction ceremony. It will happen at the Desmond Hotel, Albany, NY.

Steve Austin is scheduled for an in-ring confrontation with Kevin Owens on the KO Show during the first night of WrestleMania 38. Austin recently released video on social media where he accepted Owen’s challenge. He said that whether it is a match, the KO Show, a brawl, or whatever Owens wants to call it, Stone Cold is ready to open one last “can of whoop ass.”
