AEW is constantly considered a competition to WWE and Tony Khan leaves nothing unturned when it comes to expanding his company. A short while ago, AEW announced their purchase of ROH. Now in a recent announcement Tony revealed he is signing a MMA star.

Ahead of tonight’s AEW Rampage, Tony Khan took to twitter and wrote he offered 7th spot in the Face of the Revolution to Scorpio Sky but a deal was worked out for Sky to challenge the winner of tonight’s 3-way match.

On Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, Sky is set to face the winner of tonight’s three-way in a TNT Championship match. Since Guevara retained then that means he will face the Spanish God.

AEW President then revealed that former UFC star Paige VanZant will be signing live All Elite Wrestling on this Wednesday’s edition of Dynamite. Paige signed a contract with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship last year after finishing up with UFC in 2020.
