There is no doubt that Bryan Danielson is one of the most established names in the world of professional wrestling right now. He spent several years in promotions all around the world, including NOAH, ROH and numerous independent companies. It seems Cody Rhodes helped him out in an interesting way.

As reported earlier, Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi have departed from the company earlier this month. This move was not expected by fans and pro wrestlers alike and it remains one of the main topics of discussion right now.

While speaking on The Masked Man Show, Bryan Danielson claimed that Cody Rhodes taught him how to be a good liar as he was a very bad one in the past.

“I have a great relationship with Cody. Cody and I have been friends for a long time, we’d ride together in WWE and that kind of stuff. I don’t know if you guys know this, this is probably something that the boys know, but I’m a big-time liar. I love to lie.

My love of lying, I wasn’t a very good liar until I rode with Cody. Cody taught me how fun lying is. Just making up, saying something straight to somebody’s face, the most absurd lie. Some of that…I really enjoy Cody,”

Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley will be competing against each other at the AEW Revolution pay-per-view on March 6th. It remains to be seen how their match will turn out to be.
