Renee Paquette gained huge popularity following her run in WWE as Renee Young. Renee proved an extremely versatile broadcaster. Paquette served in many roles including commentary, interviewing, and hosting studio talk shows. Since leaving the company, Renee has become a very successful podcaster and media personality.

Many fans have wondered if Renee would ever consider making a return to pro wrestling. Paquette currently has a full plate. Renee has been working for the NHL Network and has a show on SiriusXM in addition to hosting multiple podcasts. Paquette also has a young baby with husband Jon Moxley.

Renee Paquette addressed a possible return to wrestling at a recent Wrestling Awards show. Renee said the situation would have to be right. There would be scheduling issues, but she will always love wrestling.

“I honestly don’t know. I feel like that is a question that came up. You know, I’ve been gone from WWE for about a year and a half now, and in that time, I had a baby, we’ve moved, there’s been so much going on. I’m busy with the podcast, I’ve got a SiriusXM show as well, working with NHL Network, so I’ve been really busy. But that doesn’t mean that I’m not open to the opportunity of working with another wrestling company. Just depends on what the situation was, who it was.

I love wrestling so it’s one of those things that I always want to be around it and I miss it, I really do miss it. You know, I’ll get to go to shows with Jon sometimes and it really makes me miss it, just like being around the ring and being around all the wrestlers. It kind of strikes that chord with me.”

Renee Paquette would love to return to wrestling if the timing and situation were right. Paquette hasn’t lost the itch. Time will tell if she makes a return to the sport at some point down the line. You can check out some of Renee’s podcasting work in the video below.
