John Morrison was a highlight of WWE television ever since he came back to the company in 2019. Morrison previously admitted that his WWE return didn’t quite go as expected. It seems Morrison made his debut in AAA recently as well.

John Morrison has had incredible performances in the company so far and that includes his stunts at the Royal Rumble matches every year. Despite that, he was released by WWE last year.

Morrison made his debut in AAA during the AAA Rey de Reyes event. Morrison changed his name to John Superstar and squared off against AAA Mega Champion Hijo Del Vikingo.

This marked the 11th time Morrison changed his name in his pro wrestling career as he has had the following names so far: John Hennigan (his real name), John Morrison, Johnny Blackcraft, Johnny Blaze, Johnny Impact, Johnny Nitro, Johnny Onyx, Johnny Spade, and Johnny Ultra.
