Widespread Belief Within AEW On Tony Khan’s Big Surprise Signing

AEW speculation that has run rampant since Tony Khan’s announcement that a free agent signing would be appearing in AEW this Wednesday.

According to Fightful Select, they have spoken to numerous talent, very surprisingly none of those know who the agent is going to be. The identity of Tony Khan’s big surprise is not confirmed, however talent unanimously speculated that it is Keith Lee.

As we know there is at least one wrestler who was confused about the terminology of “Forbidden Door” which lead to the assumption that it was someone who recently and actively worked for another company.

Many people backstage in AEW are giving off the impression that Keith Lee is coming to AEW. That seems to be the general thinking at this time.

As of right now it is uncertain who specifically is going to make surprise on Wednesday night but it is definitely not Jeff Hardy, He has a non-compete until March, 90 days after his WWE release. Matt and Hardy have several appearances set up for that date.
