Bryan Danielson is one of the greatest professional wrestlers in the world. Danielson has proven his mettle in WWE, AEW, on the independents, and in Japan. The current AEW star first made his name on a national stage with Ring of Honor.

ROH recently announced that they were going to be forming their own Hall of Fame. The company is on break until WrestleMania weekend’s Supercard of Honor event. The interim television time is being filled with some huge names as ROH fills out their first HOF class.

Bryan Danielson certainly deserves the honor. Bryan worked for the company between 2002 and 2009 and popularized a wrestling style that wasn’t seen too often in the larger American promotions. ROH announced the induction on their website.

“Ring of Honor is proud to welcome Bryan Danielson, the embodiment of fighting spirit and technical wrestling excellence, into the inaugural class of the ROH Hall of Fame.

“The American Dragon” played a major role in establishing ROH as the Best Wrestling on the Planet, beginning with his performance in the main event on ROH’s debut show, The Era of Honor Begins, in 2002.

Whenever “The Final Countdown” blared throughout the building as Danielson made his entrance to the ring, fans knew they were about to witness a true master of his craft at work.”

Bryan Danielson went on to become one of the most popular superstars in WWE after his time in Ring of Honor. After leaving the company, Danielson debuted for AEW where he has put on several excellent matches already. Congratulations to Bryan Danielson on a well-deserved induction into the ROH Hall of Fame!
