He’s the Boogeyman and he’s signed a new WWE contract. The former WWE 24/7 Champion took to Twitter to share the news with his fans. Boogeyman (real name Martin Wright) posted a video of him signing the new contract.

The video clip shows Wright signing the contract to Sam Tinnesz’s “This Is How Legends Are Made,” hinting that he’s back with WWE under a legend’s deal. The caption reads, “Thank you #CEO/WWE Vince McMahon.”

Wright made his televised debut for WWE in 2005 and stayed with them throughout the latter part of the Ruthless Aggression Era. He feuded with the likes of JBL and Booker T.

The 57-yea-old parted ways with the company in 2009 and returned to the independent circuit. He would continue to work the indies until 2012 when WWE asked to appear on the Slammy Awards episode of RAW.

He has been working as an aerobics instructor since 2018. He operates a training facility out of Boulder, Colorado. He regularly posts videos of training his clients to lose weight and get in shape.
