Mustafa Ali Reacts To Brian Kendrick Being Granted WWE Release

Mustafa Ali had been working in WWE for quite a long time and was one of the most talented in-ring competitors in the entire company. He is also the former leader of Retribution. It seems is still upset over WWE not granting him his release.

Mustafa Ali’s previous program in WWE saw him involved in a feud/mentorship with Mansoor on Monday Night RAW. Mansoor did not have any say in the relationship whatsoever. After that, he developed a controversial character which was ultimately nixed by the company after a while.

Ali requested his release from WWE, which came as no surprise for many fans. However, WWE would deny Ali’s request as well.

Brian Kendrick has been granted his release by WWE. He is set to make your AEW debut against Jon Moxley on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

Mustafa Ali took to Twitter and reacted to Brian Kendrick making his AEW debut while he is still in WWE. Ali made it clear he is very frustrated with his status in WWE.

WWE also nixed huge WrestleMania match between Mustafa Ali and Kofi Kingston last year. We will have to wait and see whether Ali will eventually get to leave WWE to pursue his other interests or not after his request was previously denied.
