Killer Kross was released by WWE in November as the company continued to make cuts to NXT and the main roster. The former Karrion Kross didn’t find it very difficult to start piling up the bookings after his time in WWE was over. At midnight on February 2nd, Kross’ non-compete clause expired and he is now free to sign anywhere he wants.

A small group of former WWE superstars all became free agents at midnight. Keith Lee and Killer Kross were two of the most prominent among them. Fans have already begun to speculate who might show up on tonight’s AEW Dynamite.

Killer Kross recently held a virtual signing with Highspots on Facebook. Kross said he has been in talks with multiple companies. The newly-minted free agent is weighing his options.

“I’m speaking to a series of companies and we shall see where I land. I am interested in being anywhere and everywhere right now. I have a lot of different ideas that are outside of some conventional concepts and not to be cryptic but, we’ll see.”

Five minutes after his free agency kicked in, Kross shared a cryptic video on social media. The in-ring return of Killer Kross could be just around the corner. Now, it’s just a matter of time to see where he will land.

Killer Kross has bookings through the spring, several of which are a package deal with Scarlett Bordeaux. Time will tell where Kross makes his new permanent home. For now, he’s thrilled to have several enticing options.
