Bobby Lashley won the WWE Championship after beating The Miz on Monday Night RAW back in March last year. Since then, he was booked as a very dominant force and had Vince McMahon’s seal of approval. Lashley then lost that title to Big E in a huge moment that fans will always remember.

Bobby Lashley then became the #1 contender for Brock Lesnar’s WWE Title a few weeks ago. The two would have confrontations on Monday Night RAW that set up their feud properly.

The Almighty and The Beast clashed at the Royal Rumble for the WWE Championship. In the end, Lashley won the match after Paul Heyman turned on Brock Lesnar.

Following Lashley’s win, Wrestle Votes took to Twitter and reported that WWE legitimately has no plans for Bobby Lashley as the WWE Champion, especially for WrestleMania 38.

Lesnar had to be the winner here. I’m told they legitimately have no idea what the WWE Title match at Mania is going to be at this point. Avoid the ol pigeon hole.

We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for Bobby Lashley as the WWE Champion in the coming months as WrestleMania season is in full swing now.
