Seth Rollins Brings Back Shield Gimmick At 2022 WWE Royal Rumble

Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins kicked off the 2022 Royal Rumble event, and The Messiah of Drip certainly knew how to get under Roman’s skin from the jump.

After the WWE Universal Champion made his way through the ring, Rollins emerged through the crowd with The Shield’s entrance music playing in the background.

The crowd went nuts when they heard the words Sierra. Hotel. India. Echo. Lima. Delta. in the arena. Rollins even wore his old Shield outfit for his match against the Tribal chief as he made his way to the ring through the crowd.

Seth Rollins was in his Shield look, complete with tactical vest. This was certainly a throwback and a great way to play mind games with the Head of the Table.
