Kofi Kingston is certainly a proper veteran in the pro wrestling world, having worked in WWE for over decade. He has competed in several memorable matches and won various championships. It seems Kingson addressed an interesting fan complaint about The New Day.

Apart from his singles run, which saw him win the WWE Championship, among other titles, he is still a member of The New Day. The group remains one of the most popular tag teams in the history of pro wrestling.

When the New Day made their debut as a group, they were initially heels but were eventually turned into babyfaces due to their rise in popularity. They have also squared off against The Usos for several years now and have largely had excellent matches.

While speaking on The Bleav in Pro Wrestling podcast, Kofi Kingston said that he simply does not understand why fans complain about seeing The New Day and The Usos battle it out in many matches.

”It is funny that you say that, because we laugh about that all the time. I have genuinely never heard so many people complain about a guaranteed great match. You know what I’m saying? Like, you go out there and complain, ‘Oh I gotta watch another great match!’

Every match that we have had with the Usos, we pride ourselves on making it better than the last. I always say this, and I do not mean to compare myself to like the Dudleys and the Hardyz, and Edge and Christian, but with their ladder matches, that was the standard that they set. To outdo themselves every single time.”

The New Day and The Usos are certainly two of the greatest team teams in pro wrestling history and it is likely the two will keep on facing each other until they retire for good.
