Nikki Bella Was Shocked WWE Announced Bella Twins’ Surprise Royal Rumble Return

Nikki Bella is one of the most beloved female WWE Superstars in the history of the company, especially by her Bella Army. Her neck is getting better by the day and there is hope for an in-ring return in the form of one last run. Brie Bella is also loved by fans. 

Nikki Bella had previously stated that she is retired from pro wrestling for life. Despite this many fans had been hoping the Bella twins return for one last run in WWE.

After a lot of waiting, fans finally got their wish as it was announced that the Bella Twins will be making their return to WWE for the Women’s Royal Rumble match this year.

While speaking on The Bellas Podcast, the Bella twins talked about their upcoming Royal Rumble appearance. Nikki Bella admitted she was shocked WWE announced their surprise return in advance.

I was shocked they announced it because usually, these are surprises, but I understand, marketing-wise.

Renee Paquette also recently stated that she hates WWE announcing surprise Royal Rumble entrants. Summer Rae also revealed that her Royal Rumble appearance was supposed to be secret. We will have to wait and see whether WWE will have more surprise entrants in store for the Women’s Royal Rumble match.
