Jeff Hardy Wanted TLC Match With Karrion Kross Before WWE Release

Jeff Hardy remains one of the most respected and beloved pro wrestlers in the history of WWE. Since his return in 2017, he was one of the mainstays of the company and competed in various feuds. It seems Hardy wanted a special match with Karrion Kross,

Unfortunately, he was previously released from WWE. To add to that, Jeff Hardy even turned down rehab prior to his firing. News of his release has truly shocked the pro wrestling world to its core and many people reacted to it.

During Karrion Kross’ main roster debut on Monday Night RAW, he squared off against Jeff Hardy in a singles match. Karrion Kross lost the match in a very short time after Jeff Hardy won with a roll up pin. Naturally, this upset many fans who couldn’t believe something like this happened to Karrion Kross.

While speaking on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, Karrion Kross revealed that Jeff Hardy wanted a TLC match against him at a WWE pay-per-view in order to finish off their feud.

“I wish more people got to see longer matches with Jeff Hardy and I. Had people gotten to, and if him and I got to go to Extreme Rules and we had our TLC match – both of us really wanted it. We would have shown fans something you had not seen in a long time.”

Ric Flair also recently stated that Jeff Hardy could easily join AEW. On the other hand, Jim Cornette recently said that it would be ridiculous for AEW to sign Jeff Hardy. We will have to wait and see what Jeff Hardy will do next.
