Booker T Thinks Chris Jericho Would Be Heavily Booed By WWE Fans As Royal Rumble Surprise Entrant

Chris Jericho’s contributions as a pro wrestler need no introduction. He has competed in various promotions all around the globe for three decades. Jericho is also proud to be working in AEW and isn’t afraid to show it. As Jericho is veteran in the business, he doesn’t really have much care about what his haters have to say.

Jericho has also worked in WWE for the majority of his career and is well aware of how the company functions. He had a great run in WWE before making his way to AEW.

Due to WWE considering opening the Forbidden Door for the Men’s Royal Rumble match, many fans have been wondering whether AEW stars such as Jericho could appear in the match or not.

While speaking on his latest Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T and host Brad Gilmore talked about possible surprise entrants at the 2022 Royal Rumble match When asked about Chris Jericho making his way to the match, Booker T made it clear that he believes Chris Jericho would get booed out of the building.

“Let’s think about this for a second because I feel Chris Jericho might even get booed out of the building, coming into a WWE arena. We don’t know what would happen. We do not know what will happen if something like that were to appear right now. I would not want to test the waters on something like that right now, me personally.”

We will have to wait and see who will end up appearing during the Royal Rumble match this month as fans are certainly excited for it.
