Chelsea Green has been making her presence felt all over the wrestling world. Green was released by WWE in April of 2021. Since then, Chelsea has been building her brand and career on her own terms. Green couldn’t have done it without Impact Wrestling.

Green has found work as fitness model in addition to her work inside the squared circle. The Hot Mess made a special appearance at the recent Ring of Honor Final Battle pay-per-view and barely missed out on an appearance with Lucha Libre AAA in Mexico. Chelsea also has a historic match coming up at Impact’s Hard to Kill PPV tomorrow night.

Chelsea recently tweeted her thanks to Impact in the lead up to the first ever women’s Ultimate X match. Green said the company took a huge chance on a young wrestler six years ago when nobody else would. For that, she owes the company her career.

“6 years ago I made my @IMPACTWRESTLING debut. I owe my career to the risk that they took on me, only a year into my career… 6 years later, I am a former KO champion & about to make history in the FIRST EVER woman’s ultimate x.”

Chelsea Green is scheduled to face five other women in the premiere women’s Ultimate X matchup. The other competitors are Alisha Edwards, Lady Frost, Jordynne Grace, Tasha Steelz, and Rosemary. Green couldn’t be more thrilled about the opportunity to make history.

Chelsea has been working with a chip on her shoulder since WWE decided to part ways. Green’s personal life is also going great as she married Matt Cardona on New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas. A victory in the Ultimate X match would be the cherry on top of a very sweet start to 2022.
