Jon Moxley Thought Karrion Kross Would Be A Good Rival For Roman Reigns

Karrion Kross was one of the top Superstars in NXT, which led to him becoming a two-time NXT Champion. However, in comparison, his run on Monday Night RAW was abysmal, to say the least. It seems Jon Moxley had high hopes for Karrion Kross.

Karrion Kross debuted new mask after he lost the NXT Championship. Since his first day on the main roster, he was seen without his fiancée Scarlett. Kross also revealed who came up with the idea of his mask.

WWE was preparing to change Karrion Kross’ gimmick for the third time. However, all of it was of no use as he was released last month as part of the company’s previous batch of cuts.

While speaking to Renee Paquette on Oral Sessions, Karrion Kross revealed that Jon Moxley believed Kross would have been a great rival for Roman Reigns in 2019 after he was done working with Drew McIntyre.

“I’m talking to him after the match and he says like, ‘Hey, where do you wanna go? What do you wanna do?’ And I’m just rattling off some ideas and stuff like that and he goes like, ‘Hey, do whatever you want. I’m not gonna tell you what to do but, one day, Roman’s gonna need somebody else to work with after he’s done working with Drew and I’m just saying, I think you would do very well there but go wherever you want, do whatever you wanna do’ and in my mind I’m like, ‘Holy sh*t. This is a person who has been at the highest level,’ recently too.”

Karrion Kross joined EC3’s Control Your Narrative stable as well. His first post-WWE match was also announced, so it remains to be seen what is next in store for Kross in the pro wrestling world.
