Becky Lynch Hopes To Face Toni Storm One Day

After a lot of anticipation, former WWE NXT Superstar Toni Storm a few months ago on Friday Night Smackdown. Storm decimated Zelina Vega in her debut match. It seems Becky Lynch is hopeful for a match with her in the future.

Unfortunately, Toni Storm’s time on the main roster was far from ideal as she was largely underutilized, which included a long period of time where she was absent from WWE television.

Toni Storm was recently released by WWE and the belief was that Storm herself requested herself and was granted it, but that was not necessarily the case either.

In light of her release, the pro wrestling world reacted and sent a ton of support to Toni Storm. Becky Lynch took to her Instagram story and uploaded a photo of Toni Storm and hoped that she could face Storm inside the squared circle one day.

“I hope we meet in the ring one day.”

Toni Storm’s WWE release doesn’t necessarily as a surprise for many as fans criticized WWE for booking her in a horrible way. We will have to wait and see what the future holds for Toni Storm now that she is no longer working in WWE.
