Nia Jax was one of the mainstays of the WWE women’s division ever since she was called up to the main roster in 2016.  Before that, she also had good run on NXT as she faced off against top talents. It seems Booker T understands Nia Jax retiring from pro wrestling.

The Rock’s cousin also won titles as a simples competitor and tag team as well. On top of that, Jax gained a bad reputation for being an unsafe worker and having injured several of her peers over the years.

Nia Jax was last seen on the September 20th edition of Monday Night RAW where Shayna Baszler took her out. Many fans wondered when she would return to WWE television, but that will no longer happen as Jax was released by WWE recently.

Recently, the former WWE Superstar stated that she is done with pro wrestling for good after her release, which led to many fans rejoicing as well.

While speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T talked about Nia Jax stating she is retiring from professional wrestling after her WWE release. Booker T sympathized with Jax wanting to breathe after her release.

“Sometimes when an opportunity comes and then you see what numbers are behind that opportunity, you say, ‘I’ll try this’, and it turns out to be a career for you for a period of time. But, who’s to say Nia Jax doesn’t want to do something else, like have a family, have a regular life, and be able to breathe for a moment. I’m telling you, being on the road, it’s no party. Let me rephrase that. It can be a party all the time, but it’s not easy at all. If you’re the type that wants to do something else just for a moment, if you’re doing this, you can’t.”

Nia Jax recently stated that she will spill the gossip on WWE eventually as well. It was said that her release was way for WWE to send a message. We will have to wait and see what will become of Nia Jax now that her pr wrestling career is seemingly over for good.
