Kyle Rittenhouse was found not guilty of all charges and this was a polarizing decision. Plenty of people have their own opinion of things, and Mick Foley has weighed in as well.

Protests popped up throughout the country after the Rittenhouse verdict. Whether you agree with the decision or not, he still transported a firearm across state lines and shot people. Mick Foley was watching the trial closely and he has a worry now that it’s over.

Mick Foley tweeted out a short sentence that echoes a lot of people’s mindset about the situation. His concern is that this judgement will encourage others to shoot at will whenever they see fit.

I’m very worried that the Rittenhouse acquittal will be interpreted by young white men as a license to kill.

We’re hoping that the violence stops and people get along. That seems a bit of a lofty expectation, but it won’t stop people from hoping for the best as society tries to mend itself once again.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
