Charlotte Flair Spills The Tea On Why She Lost Friendship With Becky Lynch

Charlotte Flair’s booking remains one of the most polarizing decisions in WWE. Flair continues to be criticized for getting multiple shots at titles which other WWE Superstars deserved far more than she did. Despite all the backlash, WWE is set on pushing Flair to the moon and that is unlikely to stop anytime soon. 

As many fans are aware by now, Charlotte Flair got into verbal confrontation with Becky Lynch last month on Smackdown. This took place right before their title exchange, which also ended in disaster.

Becky Lynch already opened up about the backstage confrontation with Charlotte Flair. Despite this, even Charlotte Flair believes the Four Horsewomen still share bond.

While speaking on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Hour, Charlotte Flair talked about her strained relationship with Becky Lynch. Flair then revealed why her friendship with Becky Lynch ended.

“Here is how I see it. You have two women at the top of their game and both of them want to be the best. So who is the best? Competition breeds competition, and I think we simply got older and not necessarily that success will not affect your ego and that is why you lose a friendship. It’ is simply that we both want to be on top, and there is only room for one.”

Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair still have legitimate beef heading into WWE Survivor Series. We will have to wait and see what will happen once the two clash at WWE Survivor Series this Sunday.
