WWE had a situation on their hands after the 2021 Draft. Becky Lynch was the SmackDown Women’s Champion on RAW and Charlotte Flair was set to carry the RAW Women’s Title to SmackDown. The company will remedy this issue tonight.

The company announced that they will simply swap titles. This is exactly what they did with the tag team belts last year. Many assumed this was coming, and Vince McMahon’s company made the big announcement on social media.

Tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown will see Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair meet in the ring, but it won’t be for a match. Instead, they will swap titles.

As @MsCharlotteWWE and @BeckyLynchWWE prepare to swap rosters, it appears a WWE Women’s Championship Title Exchange will take place TONIGHT on #SmackDown!

This means Becky Lynch will become RAW Women’s Champion once again and regain the title she had to relinquish due to pregnancy. Charlotte Flair will arrive on FOX as SmackDown Women’s Champion as well. They could have figured out this issue a number of ways, but this is simplier.
