NXT UK champion WALTER has been a dominant force in WWE ever since he made his debut back in January 2019. WALTER is also the longest-reigning champion in modern WWE. Many WWE Superstars want piece of him.

WALTER was a very imposing and dominant champion who has run roughshod in the NXT UK division. He would ultimately lose the title to Ilja Dragunov at NXT TakeOver 36.

While speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T talked about the upcoming battle between AEW Rampage and Friday Night Smackdown this week.

Booker T also made it clear he is excited about the battle between WWE and AEW and then went on to say that WALTER could beat up everyone in the AEW roster.

“It’s definitely going to show who’s eyes are on the product this weekend. Competition, that’s what I said before, is good. For WWE to say, ‘Hey, we’re going to run an extra 30 minutes to show these guys “What’s up.”‘ That’s a bold step as well. I don’t think WWE is going to be backing down anytime soon from AEW. I just don’t see that. I think, bumping it up and bringing in the big guns is nothing that WWE is not familiar with. Let’s get ready to rumble.

It’s going to be many more nights like this. It’s time to get WALTER over here – like I said, I’m an international guy, I need the international people. A guy like WALTER will beat up everybody on the AEW roster. I know everybody’s going to get pis*ed off at me (laughs).”

WALTER also previously made it clear he wasn’t sure about making his way to the main roster in WWE. We will have to wait and see if he ever does get called up to the main roster.
