WWE’s NXT UK brand had to take a break when the pandemic his. There was simply no way to produce the shows for a while. Thankfully, they moved into the BT Sport Studio and things seem to be going well. Now WWE could even hold next year’s SummerSlam in the U.K.

According to TalkSport, WWE is looking to expand the of returning the NXT UK brand to some form of normalcy. They have not been able to welcome live fans into their television tapings since returning to action. There is hope that wait will come to an end very soon.

talkSPORT understands those talks are ongoing and BT Sport are confident they’ll have fans in their studios for tapings, but ‘logistics’ are still being worked out. Naturally, with only two weeks or so until the next tapings, it might come too soon for fans to be in attendance.

We will have to see what WWE ends up doing in this situation. They did not skip a week of original programming for their United States based shows, but that was not the case for NXT UK.

The UK was hit with by pandemic in a hard way, and they also have different mandates to slow the spread of COVID-19. Hopefully, NXT UK fans can come back to their television tapings soon, because the NXT UK brand also had to nix their next TakeOver special in the process.
