Alexa Bliss will get a shot at the RAW Women’s Title at Extreme Rules on Sunday. They capped off her feud with Charlotte Flair in Alexa’s Playground, and Dave Meltzer said that fans left in droves. We quickly heard otherwise as fans who were in attendance squashed that report.

Bliss fired off a tweet to address this report. She said, “You mean THE SAME people that were chanting and reacting to the whole segment?? Haha yeah get outta here dirt sheets lol find click bait somewhere else.”

The current #1 contender for the RAW Women’s Title deleted that reaction, but she kept up a second one where she quote retweeted Ringside News‘ article about how fans in attendance squashed that report.

Sorry Meltzer (or whatever) you can’t get clout off of our segment … move on

We’ll have to see if Alexa Bliss pulls down the RAW Women’s Title on Sunday. She certainly has a ton of support from the WWE Universe, and it doesn’t seem like they’re going anywhere.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
