Big E won the WWE Title and huge celebration in Boston followed the event. It turns out that WWE pushed up their plans a bit and pulled the trigger on Big E’s win a bit early.

Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast tweeted out to say that WWE actually had plans to give Big E the WWE Title in October during the WWE Draft, but those plans were obviously pushed ahead.

This was supposed to happen during the original draft date for raw.

Glad to see they stuck with the plan.

Big E received a slew of congratulations and love after his big win. We’ll have to see what is next for him, but he kicked things off with a bang in Boston. He also celebrated his big win about a month eariler than expected.
