Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson needs no introduction when it comes to the pro wrestling world as he is still regarded as one of the all-time greats. He is also a dominant force in Hollywood and brings huge star power to any film he acts in. His natural charisma and mic skills made him legend anywhere he went.

Adam Cole did a tremendous job during his four years in NXT, especially as the leader of The Undisputed Era. Cole was done with NXT after TakeOver 36 and shortly after that, Adam Cole’s WWE contract also expired, making him free agent.

In the end, Adam Cole chose to go to AEW as he debuted at AEW All Out and sided with his Elite brethren The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega, much to the delight of fans.

While speaking on his podcast, Keepin’ it 100, Konnan said that Adam Cole has the cool factor in him, comparing him to the likes of The Rock. He added that AEW stars having such coolness about them makes the product cooler than what WWE has.

“One of the biggest things is that cool factor right, which you know The Rock had, you know, or, you know, or somebody’s music like Tupac, or Hall and Nash, they had the cool factor. Cole’s got a cool factor about him. You know what I’m saying that punk has a cool factor about him. It’s a different one, but he does, and it’s starting to make the product look cooler than WWE.”

Booker T previously stated that Adam Cole should have gone to Japan before AEW. Cole is set to make his in-ring debut on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, so we will have to wait and see how he will fare in the match.
