John Cena was set to sit down with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin for an episode of the Broken Skull Sessions. We’re not sure why, but the episode was pulled.

According to a report from PW Insider, Seth Rollins will replace John Cena’s episode on September 26th. No note was mentioned about WWE making up the showing of Cena’s Broken Skull Sessions episode at this time.

The announced Broken Skull Sessions episode featuring Steve Austin interviewing John Cena will no longer air on Sunday 9/26 following WWE Extreme Rules on the WWE Network and Peacock.  Instead, an episode with Austin talking with Seth Rollins will instead premiere that day.

WWE apparently has a couple of Broken Skull Sessions in the can, so they’re airing Seth Rollins instead. Hopefully, fans will get to see the John Cena episode sooner or later, but they’re not getting it in September.
