Adam Cole recently became free agent after he let his NXT contract expire. Since then many fans have speculated where Adam Cole will go next, with some believing it could be AEW. It seems Pat McAfee has an interesting suggestion for Adam Cole.
Pat McAfee was pulled from last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown after contracting COVID-19. While he is still recuperating, it seems McAfee still has more than enough energy to troll his arch-nemesis.
In light of Adam Cole’s contract expiry, Pat McAfee took to Twitter and offered Cole a job as his assistant for his radio show.
“Hey @AdamColePro.. consider this tweet a legit contract offer to be @tyschmit & @BostonConnr’s assistant. $22,000 a year. No benefits but you’ll be able to build your resume. Will need to know your answer sooner than later
As for Pat McAfee, it is not known when exactly he will be making his return to the WWE commentary team on Friday Night Smackdown, but we can hope he will come back sooner rather than later.
