CM Punk sent shockwaves across the pro wrestling world after he made his debut on last week’s AEW Rampage: The First Dance. He was in talks with AEW for quite long time as well. CM Punk came back after seven years and in that time, he also made a few enemies along the way and those who don’t think he’s a big deal. It seems a WWE Superstar doesn’t think Punk is worth all the hype.

Punk admitted that he thought his AEW debut was the greatest night of his career and many were elated to see him in the company, including even WWE Superstars, who indirectly referenced the debut.

R-Truth recently commented on TikTok, in an audio clip that highlighted the reasons why CM Punk left WWE in 2014. The clip in question was from a 2014 Colt Cabana interview with CM Punk.

CM Punk could be heard saying that when he was white-hot, he was booked to lose to Triple H, as well as “Awesome Truth.” R-Truth didn’t sugarcoat any words as he stated that CM Punk was very entitled and that he never thought Punk was impressive at all.

CM Punk you lost to me and Miz cause we were HOTTER than you sorry, and I neva thought you were impressive at all, just typical entitlement.

This was certainly a surprising comment from R-Truth, who is known to be very friendly and never has anything negative to say about anything.
