Charlotte Flair is largely criticized for getting undeserved title opportunities and title runs that should have gone to other more-deserving WWE Superstars. This continues to draw the ire of fans as she gets thrust into every conceivable title picture imaginable. Others feel differently and this includes WWE Superstar Natalya.

It is also a fact that Charlotte Flair is one of the top female WWE Superstars in the company and she has competed in many historic matches throughout her career. This includes her feud with Becky Lynch.

While speaking to the LA Times, Charlotte Flair talked about the return of live crowds and how they will chant for Becky Lynch during her matches. Flair stated that it’s only natural for them to chant given her history with Becky Lynch, especially at WWE SummerSlam.

“Given our history, and it’s been two years since our feud, everything happened when she turned on me at SummerSlam a couple of years ago. So, I think it’s natural for fans to do that and it doesn’t make sense to do it to anyone else. I like it because it allows me to play back with them. And I realize, if they aren’t reacting at all, that’s bad. It gives me a chance to play and have a cheeky line.”

Charlotte Flair is set to challenge Rhea Ripley and RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. in a triple threat match for the title at the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view on August 21. We will have to wait and see who will walk out of the event as the champion. Fans are still waiting for Becky Lynch’s return, but that day is getting closer with each passing week.
