CM Punk is causing a lot of excitement in the pro wrestling world. He is on his way back to the ring and AEW will see his debut soon enough. TNT is making plans to put a lot of promotion behind him, and the roster is obviously aware of the huge incoming addition as well.

The Young Bucks brought some attention to themselves when their Twitter bio indicated that long break was on the way. That was posted on the morning before they defended the AEW Tag Team Titles on AEW Dynamite against the Jurassic Express in Houston. The Young Bucks retained, and then chaos ensued. All the while a CM Punk tease was right in front of fans’ eyes.

Kenny Omega came out during the AEW Tag Team Title match to get involved with a chair. He was wearing a “Chick Magnet” t-shirt. That shirt was picked for a reason.

The “CM” in CM Punk stands for “chick magnet.” That is 100% part of his origin story. He will joke about what it means when asked now, but that is what the “CM” means. Omega obviously knew this and he bought a t-shirt for the occasion.

Omega sent out another great tease in the form of his t-shirt last week on AEW Dynamite. He wore a Cookie Monster t-shirt. Of course, Cookie Monster has the “CM” initials as well.

We’ll have to see if this is Omega calling out the Second City Savior, but he is 100% on his way to AEW. As Ringside News exclusively reported, CM Punk inked a deal with AEW and he is on the way. All signs point toward the United Center this Friday for Rampage.
