WWE’s NXT brand currently features Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell in a storybook romance, but it isn’t your typical romance. They also turned things around in rapid fashion for the production of those location shoots for the video vignettes we saw on television.

According to a report fromFightful, Dexter Lumis and Indi Hartwell’s romantic video vignettes were shot and edited in quick fashion. They actually shot the video footage a day prior to the show airing, giving the video editors less than one day to complete the segments.
The Dexter Lumis-Indi Hartwell segments you saw on the August 11 episode of the show — we’re told that all of those were actually filmed the day before NXT. Each of the segments were edited, put together and made for air within a day.
Many fans enjoy this love story, but some view it as a bit cringe. Either way, it is bringing out a reaction and that’s always a good thing. We’ll have to see what’s next for InDex, because they are set to pair up for mixed tag team action this week on NXT.
