Update: Max Caster has ended his eBay auction prematurely without anybody bidding on his gear.

Original: Max Caster caused a lot of controversy when he dropped references to Simone Biles’ mental health and the Duke lacrosse team scandal during rap on AEW Dark. That segment was pulled from the show and then Tony Khan promised that he will personally edit those shows from now one. Ringside News exclusively reported that Caster was suspended for two months, without pay, and he is mandated to enter sensitivity training. It appears that he might be moving on from AEW according to a new item that popped up on eBay.

An interesting eBay listing has appeared, posted by seller named “plat9022.” The seller has zero ratings so far, but many believe this to be Max Caster. The location of Hicksville, New York on the listing matches up. The listing is for ring-worn Acclaimed AEW gear, and it doesn’t seem like he plans on using them any time soon.

The description of the listing also says that “I don’t think I’ll be needing this stuff anymore.” This could hint that his days in AEW are over, but that has not been confirmed by the company.

This set of gear has been worn on AEW Dynamite. I’ve worn this in matches against Chris Jericho, MJF, the Young Bucks, Jon Moxley, SCU, & more.

Need some extra $ this month and I don’t think I’ll be needing this stuff anymore… Get it off my hands! Will personalize an autograph on kneepads at request.

Perfect collectors item for AEW fans!

Thanks!

The auction starts at $500, but nobody has laid down a bid as of this writing. There are over two days left to go on this auction.

Max Caster still appears on the AEW roster page, but he hasn’t been featured on AEW programming since the Simone Biles controversy. We’ll have to see if he re-appears in two months’ time. This listing certainly gives off the impression that Max Caster could be done with All Elite Wrestling.
