ROH’s Death Before Dishonor event was initially slated to take place in Lakeland, Florida. The rising risk of the COVDI-19 pandemic caused them to pull out of the state, but they found a new location in fast order.

Ring Of Honor let fans know that they have landed on the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia for their Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view. That building has a ton of pro wrestling history wrapped in its legacy, because it is the old ECW Arena.

The company sent out a blast on social media along with a link to their website which provided more information.

The Death Before Dishonor pay-per-view on Sunday, Sept. 12 has been moved to the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia.

The show was originally scheduled to take place in Lakeland, Fla., at RP Funding Center, but the recent COVID-19 surge in the state necessitated the change in location.

The safety, health and well-being of our fans, talent and staff remain our top priority.

Those who purchased tickets for Lakeland will receive a full refund within seven business days.

Details regarding ticket sales for Death Before Dishonor in Philadelphia to be announced soon.

Jonathan Gresham or Rhett Titus, whichever is champion at the time, will take on Josh Woods for the Pure Title at Death Before Dishonor. They will also crown a new ROH Women’s Champion in the conclusion of their women’s tournament. More matches will be announced in the next month.

Hopefully, ROH has enough time to sell plenty of tickets for their September 12th event. They have just under a month before the big show rolls around.
