Dominos warned to “avoid the noid” for years, and now the noid is back in new commercials. If you ask Jon Moxley, Nick Gage would be a much better representative for the pizza chain. It’s a much better idea to avoid Nick Gage, especially when he has a pizza cutter.

AEW featured no rules match between Nick Gage and Chris Jericho that featured a huge instance of coincidence. Just after Gage got to Jericho with that pizza cutter, they cut to commercial and Dominos was right there on the screen alongside the ultraviolence.

While speaking to Cincy 3:60, Jon Moxley was asked about his old buddy The King causing so much trouble with AEW’s corporate sponsor. He said that they need to “chill out” and hire Gage as their new mascot.

“Domino’s Pizza needs to chill out. They need to chill man. It was a coincidence.

“You know what? Jump on the bandwagon man. You don’t think Nick Gage can sell some pizzas for you? Come on. You know that the Noid is played out at this point and you’re bringing back the Noid? Come on.”

We’ll have to see if Dominos calls up Nick Gage for some commercials. He apologized for pissing them off, but AEW apparently let TNT know that they were taking it to another level in the main event of Fight For The Fallen. Hopefully, this incident can be a learning lesson for everyone involved.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
