Ever since Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Baron Corbin for his King of the Ring crown on the June 18 episode of Friday Night Smackdown, things have been going downhill for Corbin.

Corbin’s new character has been getting mixed responses from fans, with many feeling it really doesn’t suit him at all. Corbin’s gimmick is that he is in financial turmoil.

In fact, WWE even opened up a GoFundMe page for Baron Corbin, even though it was merely made for show and no fan can actually donate money to it.

Adam Pearce took to his Twitter and uploaded a hilarious photo of himself with Baron Corbin, where he revealed that Corbin asked him for money.

“This dude asked me for cash.”

We will have to wait and see just how Baro Corbin’s current character will be booked and if it will prove to be successful in the end or not.
