WWE will have to air NXT on Syfy for the next two weeks due to the Olympic games. They will also not air live episodes, because they taped television tonight at the Capitol Wrestling Center.

They have a loaded show ready for next week, including some surprising moments. We will see then set up an NXT Title and NXT Women’s Title match. Click here for more details on the breakup of Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai.

Samoa Joe tells William Regal that he wants to resign as NXT enforcer so he can face Karrion Kross at NXT TakeOver on August 22nd. He asked Regal to sign a contract for a title match, and Regal does just that. Then Joe left holding the contract.

Carmelo Hayes beats Josh Briggs in the Breakout Tournament

Oney Lorcan and Pete Dunne beat Tommaso Ciampa and Timothy Thatcher. Then Ridge Holland returns.

Dakota Kai turns on Raquel Gonzalez to set up a TakeOver match.

Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter beat Franky Monet and Jessi Kamea. This happens when Robert Stone tries to help, but he messes up and causes a loss for his side.

Imperium vs. Hit Row goes down, but Legado del Fantasma distracts Hit Row, allowing Imperium to get the win.

Adam Cole beats Bronson Reed. It takes two Last Shots. Kyle O’Reilly then attacks Cole with a chair and leaves him down on the canvas.

It looks like NXT has a big show ready for next week. We will have to see how many viewers they are able to pull in with their temporary move to Syfy. It looks like there are a few reasons to find Syfy on the channel guide.
