AEW Dynamite took their show on the road this week and one fan decided that he wanted to get in on the action. They jumped the barricade and tried to get involved in MJF and Chris Jericho’s segment. That did not turn out too well for them.

It was later revealed that this fan is really into Jim Cornette and Vince Russo’s podcasts. Many fans tweeted about Cornette, causing his name to trend on social media.

Jim Cornette spoke out about this and distanced himself from this fan’s actions. He replied back to this fan and declared that “the ring is sacred ground” for those in the pro wrestling community. In no way does Jim Cornette condone what this fan did. Now that fan of Cornette’s is blocked.

Got news for you dipsh*t, the ring is sacred ground for US, and even if you and a lot of others THINK you can kick the shit out of the Young Bucks, I would have turned you into a tennis racket popsicle, & you’re lucky someone there didn’t gut you like a fish. And you’re blocked.

Hopefully, this does not encourage further copycat activity from other fans trying to gain attention. This situation could have been much worse, and that is why Chris Jericho took quick action when he saw something going wrong.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
