AEW Dynamite wrapped up their final show in Daily’s Place before heading out on tour. Jim Ross, a WWE Hall of Famer announcer, had something to say about the passion and energy that the All Elite Wrestling fans bring to the table. The unfortunate part is that he said the wrong company name when doing so.

Jim Ross spoke about this situation and he said there is no excuse for saying “WWE Dynamite.” Plenty of fans have already commented and The Young Bucks are no different.

The Jackson Brothers have a title defense scheduled for next week against Penta and Eddie Kingston. That match will count as this week’s tag team qualifier match was simply to earn a title shot. They updated their bio to get a new message across and take a little shot at Jim Ross in the process.

Eddie & Penta, let’s see if you can beat us next week when it counts, on WWE Dynamite

Jim Ross will likely be very careful with his words from now on. This isn’t the first flub that JR has made on the microphone, but it was certainly a big one.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
