WWE is looking for new names to bring into the mix. The WWE Draft is slated for the last week of August into the first week of September, but you never know when Vince McMahon might decide to call someone up to the main roster.

Karrion Kross and Bronson Reed are both champions in NXT. Vince McMahon has called up NXT and North American Champions in the past. They still both got tryout matches prior to SmackDown this week.

According to PW Insider, Kross wrestled Dolph Ziggler prior to the SmackDown show. Bronson Reed had Robert Roode as his opponent. The Dirty Dawgs were split up for this pair of tryout matches.

Kross wrestled Dolph Ziggler while Reed faced off with Bobby Roode.  The bouts were taped for future evaluation and there are no current plans to use them for public consumption.

We will have to see what happens in the weeks to come, but WWE is looking to fill some roster holes that recently opened up. Fresh faces always bring excitement to the product as well.

It appears that Karrion Kross and Scarlett might be on their way up to the main roster very soon. Bronson Reed could find his way to the main roster soon enough as well, which would leave NXT with two vacant titles.

What’s your take on Karrion Kross getting called up to the main roster? Sound off in the comments!
