WWE Officials Talking About Bringing Back Aleister Black

WWE released Aleister Black from the company and there was a lot of shock surrounding that decision. The former NXT Champion is now a free agent awaiting the expiration of his 90-day non-compete clause. There is still a pull to get him back to the company.

According to PW Insider, many people in the company are talking about Aleister Black. Fans just saw that Samoa Joe was brought back to NXT and it was met with a lot of praise. That move could be followed by Black’s return if certain people get their way.

There is no guarantee that Aleister Black will make a return, but there is certainly talk about the fact that his release was likely premature.

There continues to be a lot of talk internally, all the way up to top WWE executives that the release of Aleister Black was a premature decision. There’s been talk in recent weeks about AEW interest in him, which has sparked some additional discussion inside WWE.

It’s unknown how far along this idea is. Aleister Black had a lot to offer and he could benefit any pro wrestling company that he might venture to next. We’ll have to see if that next pro wrestling company involves him going right back to WWE.
