Impact Wrestling’s Slammiversary event will take place on July 17th, and live fans are returning for this big event. Tickets already sold out prior to this big match’s announcement, but the company added a huge Ultimate X match to the card.

The big multi man match at Against All Odds couldn’t finish because of interference from Madman Fulton. The company decided to use that situation to book an Ultimate X match for July 17th’s Slammiversary event.

Impact Wrestling announced that Josh Alexander will defend the X-Division Title in an Ultimate X match against Trey Miguel, Ace Austin, Chris Bey, Petey Williams, and Rohit Raju. That match will undoubtedly be the biggest challenge for Josh Alexander’s reign as Impact Wrestling’s X-Division Champion.

Slammiversary will also feature Kenny Omega defending the Impact Wrestling Title against Sami Callihan, although that match is technically up in the air because Don Callis “fired” Callihan at Against All Odds.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
