WWE Considering Pairing Eva Marie With NXT Call-Up

Eva Marie re-appeared on WWE television after months of speculation. Reports of her signing broke in September of last year and she wasn’t placed on the company’s internal roster until January. Now fans are waiting to see what WWE has in store for her.

Wrestle Votes has indicated that WWE is going to pair Eva Marie up with some “muscle.” This might afford Mercedes Martinez to make a main roster debut the right way this time.

Hearing the plans for Eva Marie’s return include her having a “muscle” of some sorts by her side. The two names I’ve heard most discussed to pair w/ her are Mercedes Martinez -OR- NXT UK star Piper Niven.

Piper Niven is also a very interesting choice for Eva Marie’s partner. Reports were that WWE was considering call-ups from NXT UK as well. Piper Niven might be making her way to RAW sooner than later if this report is correct.

Mercedes Martinez was an orginal member of Retribution. She pulled herself from the faction and they sent her back to NXT. It appears that she might have dodged a bullet on that one.
