Shanna Gone From AEW After Allegations Of Mistreating Extras

AEW has needed to release only a few people due to disciplinary reasons. This wasn’t a release, but the company has agreed to part ways with Shanna and not renew her contract. This came after allegations of mistreating extras.

According to Fightful Select, Shanna is no longer with the company. It was expected “as far back as April” that fans shouldn’t expect Shanna back with the company.

The report says that there were “issues with her and some of the other wrestlers,” especially extras. There was a problem with how “they felt” that she treated them.

No exact instance of bullying or other such example of misconduct was mentioned in the report. Shanna has also not responded to comment at this time.

We will have to see if Shanna ends up elsewhere, but she is no longer with AEW. It was not specifically stated that AEW elected not to renew her contract for any of the above reasons, but it certainly didn’t help matters for her.

All Elite Wrestling also decided not to renew Awesome Kong’s contract, but it was for completely different reasons.
