Bray Wyatt was touted as one of the most creative WWE Superstars in the company for a long time. He continued to reinvent himself and break barriers, but ultimately WWE creative continued to let him down.

Bray Wyatt’s the Fiend had a lot of momentum in WWE but it was quickly derailed numerous times. Even his latest feud against Randy Orton saw The Fiend lose in uninspiring fashion at WrestleMania 37 after Alexa Bliss betrayed him for some reason.

Now it seems a former WWE writer really wants to work with Bray Wyatt and apparently save him. While speaking during a Q&A session on the Two Men Power Trip of Wrestling’s Patreon page, Vince Russo talked about Bray Wyatt’s plight in WWE and revealed that he would give anything to work one on one with Wyatt. Russo also added that the system in WWE failed Bray Wyatt.

“I’ve been out of the business now, it’s going on about 10 years that I’ve been out of the business. I would give anything to work one on one with Bray Wyatt. See now, if Vince McMahon was to offer me money as a consultant, ‘You work with Bray, you guys do whatever you want, you tell us every week what this character is doing.’ Bro I would do that in a heartbeat because getting to work with somebody like that would be like an absolute honor. What they have done with that talent, literally, it breaks my heart. I feel so bad for the guy because the system has failed him. The system should not be failing you. The system should be helping you.”

Vince Russo is certainly a controversial figure in the pro wrestling world who is known for his outlandish ideas. We certainly aren’t sure if working with Russo would be the best thing for Bray Wyatt. We will have to see when Wyatt will return to WWE television.
